Gyft Certificate Designs

Wyrmwood’s gift cards (or Gyft Certificates, as they’re called) needed an update to keep up with the growing and maturing brand.

A key aspect of the design was using different colours to help differentiate between the denominations of card values, giving each one its own identity. I began by sketching some different layouts and approaches for the cards, finding different options for layout as well as where the colour accent could come into play.

Previously, Gyft Certificates had been delivered with a simple gold faux-wax seal. I wanted to take things a step further, so I sourced higher quality and colour matched wax seals, each one denoting the value of Gyft Certificate inside. Furthermore, the elusive $1,000 Gyft Certificate would be delivered in a black envelope, to give this highest tier a more luxurious impression.
